Dip Clinical Orthopaedics (MCHS), Cert in Clinical Medicine (MCHS). He is an Orthopaedic Clinical Technician working at Dowa district hospital. Smart is one of the hard working officers who has worked single-handedly as an orthopaedic technician at the district hospital for over four years. His dedication and service towards improvement in trauma and orthopaedic service delivery is one of the attributes worth noting. More also, Smart is an energetic officer; whose desire is to improve orthopaedic service delivery at all first level health care through resource mobilization and collaboration. Smart likes reading in his quiet time. He replaced Mr Elijah Mlinde on the position of vice secretary during the September, 2022 elections.
